This policy describes what happens when you use NYC Moving Pros to request moving help, a planning resource, or building information.
What we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email, phone number, move details, building information, and partner or campaign source. If you use the Move Scope Assistant, we process the chat messages you enter. We also receive basic site-usage data through Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, coordinate with our moving partner, send a requested planning resource, show request status, prevent abuse, and improve the site. Assistant messages are used to generate planning help and are not sent as a lead unless you continue to and submit the quote form. Do not enter payment details or other sensitive information in the assistant. We do not sell your phone number to a list of movers.
Who receives it
A submitted request is sent to the moving partner responsible for responding to it. We use hosting, database, email, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the service. We do not publish customer details or building-contact information.
Status links and retention
A request-status URL is private but not a password, so do not share it publicly. We retain request records as needed to respond, manage the relationship, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can ask us to review or delete information associated with your request.
Your choices
You can contact hello@nycmovingpros.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop non-essential follow-up. We may need to retain records required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.
