How this service works.
By using NYC Moving Pros, you agree to the following straightforward terms.
Referral service, not the mover
NYC Moving Pros connects requests with a moving partner. We are not the carrier or crew performing the move. The partner is responsible for its quote, contract, schedule, insurance, licensing, services, and performance.
Quotes and estimates
Calculator ranges, guide figures, and service-page prices are planning estimates, not offers or binding quotes. A quote is valid only when issued directly by the moving partner after reviewing the actual inventory, access, timing, and scope.
Building information
Building rules can change and submitted building information may be incomplete. Confirm current COI, elevator, loading, scheduling, and deposit requirements with the building's managing agent before move day.
Acceptable use
Do not submit another person's private information without permission, impersonate a customer or partner, abuse forms, scrape private status URLs, or use the site to distribute malicious content.
Changes and contact
